The unit was beautifully decorated and themed.
The room I booked was kept spotlessly clean and available with an extra pillow, beautiful decor, for instance. The Michelin-starred restaurant and the main bar were on site.

The breakfast was served in the restaurant and the food was good. The hotel had a super central location, walk from a museum and a tower.

We had a really good stay for a three day business trip.
The venue was spotlessly clean and the staff were genuinely helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate and extensive and reasonably priced with beef, prices for alcohol, `` fresh-cooked '' taste.

The room was good value as we were upgraded to the executive club room.
There were old clothes left on the roof of the ground floor which we overlooked from the third floor. There were hairs around the plug from previous guests in the bathroom sink which I found extremely disgusting The lobby/lounge area was very dingy and looked way below par for this type of hotel

Staff friendly and helpful especially after my wife fell ill during our stay. Close to shopping areas.
Although clean, rooms could do with refurbishment.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Bond Street tube station is just a 15-minute walk away. Our room was themed and top-class. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and well mannered.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel situated in a prestigious area just off Oxford Street. The location was perfect, with all the attractions within walking distance, and yet the street itself was quiet and peaceful. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prime location. The staff were attentive and provided great service, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean and modern. I particularly enjoyed the welcome touch of a complimentary bottle of bubbly, and the breakfast included a live egg station with many delicious options.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were excellent.

The opportunity to stay in the middle of London in a nice area without being robbed on the price. A hotel I already have, and will continue to, recommend.
I was upgraded when arriving, though not with breakfast. This should have been commented.
